Workshop Overview
The Singapore Machine Perfusion Workshop is an interactive, hands-on event designed to enhance the understanding and application of advanced machine perfusion techniques in liver transplantation. This comprehensive workshop provides a unique opportunity for participants to learn from global experts about the latest innovations in organ preservation, repair, and assessment through hypothermic and normothermic perfusion methods.
A key strength of the hand-on workshop is the use of large animal models, including pigs, to provide a realistic and practical learning experience

What the workshop offers?
The workshop offers hands-on experience with perfusion machines, expert-led discussions on advancements in liver perfusion, and opportunities to connect with leaders in transplantation. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of hypothermic and normothermic technologies, explore machines and models at their own pace, and acquire practical insights to enhance clinical outcomes in liver transplantation.
This workshop provides strategies to improve communication with device representatives, enhance troubleshooting processes, and understand technical specifications. Attendees will learn to foster collaboration, streamline problem-solving with guides and support, and optimize device efficiency through training and performance monitoring
