Speaker Ready Room Overview

The Speaker Ready Room is the central location for presenters to upload, review, and confirm their presentation files prior to their session.
All presentation files uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room will be available in the presentation space at the time of your presentation session.

Palexpo: Lower office, Hall ABC Foyer. 

Hours of Operation

• May 6: 8:00-17:00
• May 7: 8:00-17:00
• May 8: 8:00-17:00

• May 9: 8:00-11:00
  
  

Check-In and Timing

• Presenters are strongly encouraged to provide their final presentation slides at least 24 hours before their presentation session.
• The Speaker Ready Room can be very busy during peak times and immediately before sessions begin. Early check-in helps ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
  
• There will be self-serve stations and attendants in the Speaker Ready Room who can support you with loading your presentation.
  
  

File Naming

Please use the following format: PresenterLastName_SessionName_SessionDate
Example: ASmith_Biomedical_Research_Session_Feb26.pptx

File Format and Compatibility

• All presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint format. You can use the template branded conference slides below (the template slides are optional).
• Download the template: ILTS Congress 2026 Branded Power Point Template.
• PDFs and other formats are not acceptable, as all sessions will run on Microsoft PowerPoint using conference computers.
• All videos must be embedded in the presentation file as .mp4 format.
• Embedded hyperlinks requiring access to websites or online videos are not acceptable, as there is no high speed internet access at the podium.
• Please ensure fonts, images, and media display correctly when opened in PowerPoint.
  
  

Keynote and Mac Users

• Presenters using Keynote are strongly encouraged to export their slides to PowerPoint (.pptx) in advance and double check that all fonts and animations have been transferred properly.
• Please bring the original Keynote file as a backup.
  
• The Speaker Ready Room will be equipped with Mac-compatible dongles for file transfer.
