ILTS 2026 Poster Information
Thank you for having submitted an abstract for the ILTS Congress 2026 to be held in Geneva, Switzerland from May 6-9, 2026.
If you received an invitation to upload your poster, please read this notice carefully.
Digital Poster Gallery
Your e-Poster will be included in the online poster portal and onsite Digital Poster Gallery for the duration of the meeting. Posters will be available for viewing as follows:
Poster Viewing Start Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2026
Poster Viewing End Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026
Please note that the presenting author needs to be registered for inclusion in the Digital Poster Gallery and the Liver Transplantation publication.
Poster Portal Upload
Please follow the directions below in order to upload your poster to the ILTS 2026 poster portal:
- Click here to download the template
- Prepare your poster in PNG, 1 page only (Portrait – 84 cm wide x 119 cm high)
- Open the notification letter you received for each accepted abstract
- Click the “Upload Poster” button in the email – each abstract has its own custom link attached to the abstract #
- Complete the information
- Upload your poster by April 24, 2026

Registration
Please note that the presenting author identified in the submission form must register and attend the conference in person to present the abstract and publication in Liver Transplantation. Please visit ILTS registration and follow the instructions below to register by February 15 and confirm your research within the program.
- Click here to access the online registration form
- Select “Abstract Presenter” as your registration type. As an abstract presenter, you are entitled to a registration discount. Please enter the code received with your notification letter when prompted.
- Select the appropriate ticket.
- Complete your personal information and the remainder of the registration form.
