Quality Improvement in Liver Transplantation Award

Call for Applications

The ILTS Business Practice committee invites ILTS members to submit a video for a proposal to improve quality or reduce cost in liver transplantation. The video should be maximum 10 minutes long illustrating the business improvement strategy and their proposed effects within their center.

Selected awardees will be required to present the project in 2 pages (background, significance, specific aim(s), expected result) before award.

Project Performance Monitoring: The winning team will be required to submit progress reports at 6-12 months after award allocation.

Applications: Proposal must consider financial objectives (e.x. LOS reduction, readmission reduction, cost reductions, among others)

All ILTS members are encouraged to submit. Preference will be given to early- and mid-career members.

Format

English language
High-quality resolution
Video must be at least HD (1280x720), preferably Full HD (1920x1080)
Format mp4
5-10 min in length

Display

Videos will be displayed at a video booth at the 2025 ILTS Meeting in Singapore, where the ILTS members can vote on the best video.

The will winning award video submission will receive 5,000 USD.

The videos will then be hosted on the ILTS website for future viewing.
